Creating superb extra space and luxury bathrooms in the beautiful Saint Tropez

The views overlooking the Bay of Saint Tropez are stunning and this was the location for a renovation project we completed in 2017. The 18-month development involved completely remodeling a holiday home to make better use of space, we introduced open plan living and also by using creative thinking increased the size of the property.

The original house was on two levels, with a plan of creating four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, walk-in showers and an open plan living room and kitchen. It was also decided that making the staircase wider would be beneficial.

However, once the works had started we saw the opportunity to create additional space on the same footprint by converting the basement area that was simply avoided. We built a new TV/cinema room, a new kitchen area together with two additional bedrooms and bathrooms: a total of 100 m2 of extra space. This superb holiday home now has a total of 3 levels compared with the original two floors and is fully air-conditioned.

The photographs illustrate the elegant and stylish bathroom and showers that we installed to a high specification. The house is now lighter, brighter and more spacious making this a truly amazing holiday destination.
