Glen & his team carried out renovation work on our new (old) house. They were always on time & tidy with their work. As with all older buildings, the list of jobs grows & Glen had no issue changing the scope of work & keeping their high standards. Would highly recommend.

We hired Glen for a major renovation – and I mean major. All windows replaced, front door moved, all interior walls moved and replaced, new floors, new electric, new heating, AC, the works. The project was expected to last 6 -8 months which was quick by any measure. We started in Nov and moved in in July. What was left to do was minor and we changed the scope somewhat as well. Glen and his subcontractors were great to work with and still in touch with many of them. Issues coming up – they do – are always handled quickly and Glen is always helpful – when when dealing with a flat in Monaco that he did not do the renovation on! One recommendation to get the best results – show up 2-3 times a week. I did, even when I thought it was not necessary, but with a big project there are always questions and its best if you are there to answer them.

We awarded a contract to GM Renovations in the summer of 2022 to completely renovate our bathroom in our holiday home in Antibes. Glen was very helpful in providing guidance as to what we should consider in our layout this entailed removing a complete bathroom and then installing a new ceiling, lighting, plumbing, electrics, fully tiling and building a shower room The work was done professionally and without delays and some of the plumbing was complex. Progress reports with photos were sent to us in the UK which was very helpful. The project has been completed satisfactorily and left clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending Glen Malton and would happily use his services again in the future.

Following two impeccable bathroom renovation projects in recent years, Glen and his team undertook a big renovation project on one of our terraces on our sloping site. The terrace had developed cracks and was in need of major restorative work., not only that but an added worry was that it contained our swimming pool. Glen liaised with the structural engineer and the renovation was completed within the time scale estimated and on budget. The work of Glen and his team was excellent and of the highest quality. We could not be happier. and are so pleased to have found such a reliable team of artisans. We would highly recommend GM-Renovations for any project, large or small.

We had severe damp problems in the basement of our house and Glen has done a superb job sorting all the issues and renovating the rooms affected [damp-proofing, plastering, painting, electrics etc]. Working with Glen has been a pleasure – he’s reliable, conscientious and honest – and his work is of the highest quality. The works were also completed during Covid which brought it’s own challenges but Glen managed to work around this with no problems.

It was a breath of fresh air to meet Glen and have him in control of our renovation project.
